Rental property can be a lot of work but not for JM Cleaning. We clean rental properties from top to bottom between guest's booking. There are several spots around the home that can be easily missed & leave your home feeling grubby, so we always double check the following:

There's never any excuse for a grimy bathroom. If your Airbnb provides towels for your guests, it's essential there in great condition. The same applies to other basic bathrooms such as shower curtains & bathmats. We all know that mold can build out quite easily in bathrooms do to dump conditions.

Clean mirrors & glass door

Dust baseboards & doors - spot clean if needed

Bedrooms
Getting a good sleep is crucial for a relaxing getaway & clean bed - including mattress, pillows & cushions is vital. Evey Airbnb, Vacation & Short-term rental should have a minimum of two sets of bedding for each bed & check for faults such as stains or snags regularly. Although ideally you want to wash comforters & blankets as often as possible, sometimes if you have a quick turnover this may not be possible. For this reason, it's advisable to use removable duvet covers, to avoid having to wash blankets & quilts which take a long time to dry.
