FAQ
1. Payments and pricing
-
Flat-Rate Pricing. We offer a simple flat-rate pricing structure that allows you to get a fair price based solely on the square footage of your home and the services you select. That’s it! The price is the price, regardless of the amount of time it takes or how many cleaners are needed. This makes it easy to schedule by phone or online and gives you a predictable upfront cost.
-
Rate Increases. We reserve the right to raise our rates as needed to adjust for costs; however, we will always give our clients advance notice of any price increase.
. One thing to point out is that we do require payment the same day of service.
We do accept Check or Cash as a primary option.
We also accept Zelle & Venmo.
-
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
2. Rescheduling, Skipping, or Cancelling a Single Cleaning.
-
All requests must be made using our Online Form, call or text. Any request will apply only to the date that you specify on the request form and will not alter future dates.
-
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
-
3.Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
3. Timeliness and Flexibility
-
Approximate Arrival: Traffic and other factors can affect our arrival. We aim to be punctual but appreciate your flexibility for any slight delays.
-
Late Arrival Notification: If we’re more than 30 minutes late, we’ll let you know.
4. Liability
-
While we take every precaution, Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or delicate items that have not been properly secured.
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Clients should store valuables and fragile items safely before service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
-
We are committed to quality service. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
-
The re-clean must be completed within two business days following your initial date of service.
6. Tipping.
Tipping is never required, but it is a lovely way to tell your cleaner that you think they did a great job. If you would prefer to give cash, we ask that you put it in a labeled envelope or otherwise clearly label it to make sure that our cleaning technicians know it is for them!
7. Access to Property
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If access is denied or delayed, a cancellation or waiting fee may be applied.
• If a cleaning professional cannot enter the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled.
